With a PhD in Luxury Marketing and as author of several luxury books and publications, our Founder, President & CEO Dr. Daniel Langer is an expert in luxury management. In his CAS Luxury Management classes at HWZ University in Zurich he inspired senior managers of luxury companies and helped to broaden their knowledge of luxury brand management.

This expertise is combined with 20+ years of global experience in creating and managing some of the most iconic premium beauty brands at L'Oréal, Unilever and Henkel. At Henkel he was part of the global leadership team (MC1) from 2008-2017 and led the US Beauty Care division from 2012-2017. He planned and implemented numerous extremely successful advertising campaigns for global beauty brands, where execution excellence to the last detail was paramount. He worked with celebrities and has an extreme "eye for beauty". He recently developed a disruptive digital advertising campaign as part of an influencer strategy in co-operation with VICE / I-D, bringing "attitude for beauty" to life in a very disruptive and relevant fashion, helping a US premium brand to increase its relevance with Millennials. He is a sought after branding expert and frequently called by the press, including Women's Wear Daily, Tush.
