KitchenAid, one of the most iconic brands of kitchen appliances approached us to develop a premiumization strategy in sales for the European markets. Using proprietary Équité brand development tools, we developed a revised consumer-centric sales strategy in close collaboration with the top management team with a focus on extreme value creation for consumers.
